Questions, answered.

Do I have to connect my bank?

No, and you never can. Snolo has no bank logins and no Plaid. You add your debts by hand, so nothing sensitive is ever linked or shared.

Is my financial data private?

Yes. Your debts are stored on your device and, if you enable it, synced only through your own private iCloud account. We run no server of our own, and creditor names, notes, APRs and due dates never leave your device. To be exact: a few analytics events do include an amount, such as the balance you just cleared, which our privacy policy sets out in full.

What is the difference between snowball and avalanche?

The snowball method pays your smallest balance first for quick, motivating wins. The avalanche method targets your highest interest rate first to save the most money. Snolo shows both, so you can choose with the numbers in front of you.

Which devices does it support?

Snolo is built for iPhone, with Home Screen widgets and iCloud sync across your Apple devices.

Is this financial advice?

No. Snolo is a planning tool: it does the math on the numbers you enter and shows you the outcome of each strategy. The decisions stay yours.
